A seasoned Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, I obtained my Master's in Clinical Social Work from the prestigious Fordham University's Advanced Standing Program, specializing in therapy for couples, individuals, and young people. I further honed my expertise with a postgraduate degree from the Albert Ellis Institute.

Dr. Michele Winchester-Vega and Associates is a group private practice with over 10 LICENSED professionals that specialize in a variety of modalities and treatment specialties. Treatment is offered to those aged 6 and above and individual, family and group modalities are available. We are involved in teaching and hold faculty positions as well as providing consultation/ supervision to other professionals.

The Family Counseling Group of NY is an organization that is focused on helping women, children and families with mental health services with individual, group, couples and family therapy. We provide holistic, evidenced based mental health services from children, teens and adults. We provide services in English and Spanish and accept most major health insurances.
