Please allow me to lend my Kokua (help) and walk with you through this therapeutic journey. Being Native Hawaiian born & raised on Oahu island, have experience working with Hawaii's Unique Multicultural population. Aloha! Sometimes we all need some assistance with difficult life transitions or changes. Trying therapy can provide a place to discuss your needs and hopes for a healthier future. I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with many concerns such as depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I believe that the therapist and client relationship is the most important aspect of positive outcome and I invite people to come in and discuss their concerns.

Life can be scary and uncertain. We are all trying to figure out how to feel "normal" through life's many challenges and changes and often don't consider asking for help until we feel so heavy we don't know where to turn. My role is to help you identify your strengths and help provide tools to manage the difficult emotions. Anxiety, depression, and fear are all exacerbated during stressful times. Some of us are isolated without much social support and or are experiencing strain in our relationships with family, friends, or colleagues.
