Not every therapist is for a client and not every client for a therapist. The Client-Clinician relationship is of greatest importance. I work with a variety of populations, presenting issues, and within different realms of interventions and theories. It is not a one shoe fits all. I meet the client where they are and work accordingly. Now that is not to say I do not nudge gently with a soft challenge. If I didn't I would not be doing my work, nor the service you (and everyone) deserves! I utilize animals within therapy work in sessions.

As a former teacher, I have a lot of experience working with all ages. I am passionate about meeting each individual where they are at when they enter my office. My interest areas include working with adolescents, young adults, woman's issues, depression, and anxiety.
