You then have the information to help you gain control over your physiological and behavioral responses.
NEUROFEEDBACK Neurofeedback is a form of *biofeedback that focuses on the brain waves. The brain communicates using electrical signals, and these electrical signals can be picked up by sensors on the scalp as part of neurofeedback. Through practice and self-regulation, also called training, we can change our brain waves–and the brain itself.
Things are tough all around us and it is easy to become "stuck" mind and body. As humans, we are now in a world that demands more of us than we can deliver all the time.
