With over two decades of expertise, Ashley has worked in various outpatient and inpatient settings, making her well-versed in treating a wide range of mental health issues. I have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mediation and specialize in working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, parenting issues, school issues, marital issues and life cycle transitions.

We at Wellspring Counseling Services deal with finding the root causes of emotional/behavioral issues and began healing from the inside out. We commonly address issues of anger, rejection, anxiety, depression, bipolar,marital issues, etc.

The adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and the Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP) and Structured Outpatient Program (SOP) programs at Adventist Healthcare offer evidence-based group therapy to folks whose mental illness or substance use can't be managed with outpatient therapy alone. We typically serve clients who need more support than they would receive in outpatient individual therapy, but do not need a restrictive environment such as inpatient psych.
