I work with women who feel unsettled and anxious, yet crave peace & are willing to go on a truth seeking mission to find it. Many are highly sensitive humans who are ready to create their own narrative in order to live potently & vibrantly. I believe the therapeutic process is about losing what is no longer needed rather than changing perceived flaws. My style is direct, lively & collaborative; assisting those who want to reclaim themselves & live from their heart.

With 24 years of experience, I provide holistic psychotherapy & life coaching + weave in principles of Ayurveda. My approach connects people with their power using positive psychology, EMDR, EFT, BrainSpotting, Internal Family Systems as well as mindfulness practices.
