Hi, I'm Barbara! I'm a warm-hearted and compassionate therapist and been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. Helping you find real, solid, meaningful and/or tangible solutions to life's problems, as quickly as possible, is my commitment to you. It's the bedrock upon which my practice rests. Through the process of change, growth and re-examination, you can begin a journey towards healing. Sometimes all it takes is changing your perspective, setting boundaries, letting go of old burdens, weeding out unhealthy behaviors, adopting a new credo, and re-inventing yourself that makes the difference.
