Healing is messy, and it’s also beautiful! You may feel stuck in a cycle that’s painful and no longer serves you, or you have a desire to look further inward. No matter the reason that brought you, I am glad you are here. It is 100% okay to ask for help, no matter what people have told you. Challenges are inevitable in life and are often a cue to action. When challenges go unresolved or unaddressed, they may get in the way of how you feel about yourself. The good news is there are many things you can learn and unlearn about yourself and the world you live in. I will support you through that learning and healing process.

Hi there and welcome, I offer therapy for individuals dealing with life's stressors, anxiety, depression, and anyone looking to heal and grow. I am trauma informed. I offer a supportive environment to help you. You deserve to feel seen and heard. I enjoy combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with other techniques as a framework for my therapeutic approach.
