I have experience working teenagers and children escaping exploitation, colleges students and individuals recovering from substance abuse. My special interests are in helping people discover their voice, healing from relational trauma, setting healthy boundaries, and communication. I enjoy using art and journaling as therapeutic techniques if you like.
