My practice focuses on people with special needs with a particular specialty in serving people on the Autism Spectrum. I am unique for being someone who has studied the subject at Boston University (Doctorate in Education and Master's in Social Work), having experience working with such clients for 12 years, and having raised a son with autism (many years as a single parent).

I am a Latina therapist certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT), who works with adolescents and adults in-person and via telehealth in the state of Massachusetts. I practice through a social justice, trauma-informed, and liberation health lens. Born and raised on the island of Puerto Rico, she has supported the social-emotional and mental health of individuals and groups in the greater Boston area for 6 years. She possesses a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a Clinical concentration and a Behavioral Health specialization from Boston University School of Social Work. Natalia provides a trauma-informed practice rooted in relational, strengths-based, and client-centered theories. She is a passionate, dedicated, and innovative dreamer committed to empowering you towards self-directive goals.

Alex (they/them) is a genderqueer clinician who received their Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston University in May 2022. Alex has experience working with clients across ages, identities and mental health obstacles. They have specific experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients, adolescents and transition age youth (14-24), college students, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and neurodivergence. Alex believes that the relationship between a counselor and client is the most important thing in therapy, so they take attention to shape a supportive and therapeutic environment around a client.
