I work with teens, adolescents, and young adults both virtually and in-person. I have a passion for collaborating with clients to promote their mental wellness and support them in achieving their goals. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I have a particular interest in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and issues related to relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, and emerging adulthood.
