I work with adolescents and adults in a nurturing therapeutic relationship to reinforce the strengths my clients already have. We then work together to bolster more effective coping skills and develop authentic fulfillment using a mind, body and spirit-centered approach to self-discovery. My strengths in treating clients include depression, anxiety, post-partum depression, thorough knowledge of psychiatric medications and eating disorders.
