My name is Trina Middleton I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I hold licenses in Arkansas and Tennessee. I have been a therapist for 30 years. I currently work with clients via teletherapy. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds who are experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship problems, and stress due to life transitions.

I am Kimberly Cummings Whitman, a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), specializing in challenging, complex and intense issues with individuals and families. I am in the process of finishing my Doctor of Social Work (DSW) from Tulane University. I am an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and my best work is in treating depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders with co-occurring addiction disorders related to trauma. I am trained in EMDR and have basic and advanced training in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. In addition to meeting clients in clinic, I also provide telehealth services.
