About
Whether you are facing severe mental illness or struggling with life challenges which lead you to feeling stuck or overwhelmed, know that choosing to participate in counseling is a courageous step that can be highly rewarding.I would be honored to collaborate with you in discovering ways to improve and obtain your best quality of life.
Currently I am licensed in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. I have over fifteen years of experience, serving people who battle with mood disorders, low self-esteem, personal growth, anger, spirituality, trauma, parent/child concerns and marital/relationship concerns.
I strive to create a welcoming, relaxed, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring the roots of problems, gain new perspectives, and learn the skills needed to become a better you. My goal is to aid clients in developing a peace of mind, inner strength and an active plan to live the life they desire.
