Welcome to my page! My name is Annaliese and I am a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience helping adolescents and adults with mental health challenges. I have an extensive history treating patients with depression, anxiety, trauma histories, mood disorders and other life challenges using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use a compassionate and holistic approach with my clients while also challenging them to consider alternative perspectives. My goal is to help you accomplish your goals in a comfortable and judgement free environment.
