Hello! I help my clients to heal from traumatic experiences, improve their relationships, and increase confidence to achieve their personal goals and improve overall life satisfaction. My approach is gentle yet challenging, with a trauma-focused, emotionally-focused and solution-focused emphasis. While we'll likely address difficult and sometimes painful topics throughout the therapy process, I strive for the therapeutic space to be supportive and comfortable.
I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and helping clients to improve their relationships and explore their identities. I am passionate about helping people to connect more authentically and deeply with themselves and with their loved ones. Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (a non-talk therapy similar to EMDR).
