I work with adolescents as well as adults navigating through lives filled with relationship conflicts, school and academic stressors, communication breakdowns, body image issues, suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse. I want my clients to feel how important their issues and progress are to me and that I will do my very best to help them reach their goals.
I specialize in depression and anxiety. I also am Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT) informed and offer DBT groups for women ages 16-22 as well as older adult women.
