Distressing moods, behaviors and relationships are often associated with painful feelings and self criticism. Inner conflicts and feeling undeserving are often outside awareness and yet have a devastating effect on one's quality of life and relationships. Sometimes no matter how hard one tries, the same things happen over and over again causing immense frustration and even despair. Building a vitalized life experience is what is needed and this is done by removing the often perplexing barriers to feeling the inner freedom to choose how you want to love, work and play.
I collaboratively work with you to identify often perplexing self defeating tendencies so that vitalizing and life enhancing ways of being can be experienced and reinforced. I am a psychologist and psychoanalyst and specialize in working with adults who struggle with ingrained and habitual ways of feeling, thinking and acting.
