Krystal Horton is a native of Coastal Georgia who graduated from Bradwell Institute before studying at Georgia Southern University. She provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with emotional issues such as Anxiety, Depression, or Adjustment. Krystal's therapeutic techniques have assisted her clients in developing healthy coping skills and improved self-esteem. She has also had success in working with adolescents who engage in self-harming behaviors and with individuals suffering from chronic illness.

Mrs. Benneche holds two master level degrees- a Master of Science in Counseling/Psychology, and a Master of Education degree. She is also a PhD. in Psychology doctoral student. Currently accepting new clients ages 6+ for individual and family therapy- I enjoy working with people who are experiencing challenges with life stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorders and substance use disorders. I am trained in several trauma based modalities and enjoy helping clients whose lives have been impacted by trauma.
