As your therapist, I want to help you be your best self by establishing a personal and relatable connection to understand your world and the difficulties you're going through. Whether you are battling anxiety, depression, or a transitional stage of life, I will meet you where you are.
So how can I help? First, we're going to determine where you are in life currently. Then by applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I will assist you with setting goals during your growth journey to gauge your progress. My specialties focus on effective communication techniques, self-acceptance, trauma recovery, and above all, self-love.
Also, to stay up to date on personal training and the newest interventions, I am currently receiving weekly supervision from prominent clinicians in my field.
