I work with clients drowning in overwhelm and dealing with low motivation, burnout, and the effects of life. To manage the mess we'll create a space for you and all your parts (messy hair and all) to show up. My goal is to walk with you while we recognize long standing patterns and their impacts on your physical, mental, and emotional day to day life. We'll create strategies and process life's ups and downs while developing workable goals to deal.
I help people who feel weighed down by life find ways to feel more in control and at peace. We'll figure out what’s getting in the way of you feeling better and build tools that actually work for your life. My clients are those managing life with ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, BPD, Depression, Mood Disorders, trauma, college/work stress.
