Life can be pretty challenging and well…messy. Let's sort it out together. I'm a trauma informed therapist who works with teens, adults, and families. I have over 10 years experience in the mental health field with 7 years in private practice. I utilize an integrative approach because no one size fits all. Together let's develop a strong sense of self, create realistic goals to manage the "mess", practice workable strategies, and engage in healthy coping.
I currently see clients managing life with: Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Anxiety, BPD, Depression, varying Mood Disorders, trauma, racial issues, women’s issues, college/work stress.
