I work in collaboration with my clients to arrive at an approach that is best suited for their personal needs and challenges. Some people find more benefit from individual therapy, while others are more likely to benefit from a couple's or family therapy approach. Together we will decide what treatment approach is most beneficial for you.
I have worked in the mental health field for more than two decades. I have experience helping people with the challenges, adjustments, and losses one might feel as part of the acculturation process. I have extensive experience working with children, individual therapy with adults, couple’s therapy, and family therapy, in addition to treating seniors.
