I want to thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I believe that for some individuals the decision to begin therapy is quite easy, while others may feel unsure or apprehensive. It is important to me that everyone I see feels heard, comfortable, and safe enough to begin exploring obstacles and hurts. Working together, we will combine your current strengths with new tools to help you reach your personal goals towards healing.
I have a counseling BS/MA; I am currently pursuing licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. I have sat across from children, teens, and adults alike, and I look forward to working with all individuals who enter the process of therapy.
Typical counseling models I might use include cognitive behavioral, internal family systems, person-centered, reality, and creative/expressive therapies.
