COVID-19 UPDATE: I am able to meet with you either in-person or remotely by video conference. I am taking new clients and have several days/time available.
I provide individual therapy, helping you increase awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, as well as improve your ability to manage and change them. I am particularly skilled in addressing anxiety, depression, insomnia/sleep disturbance, parenting stress, anger management, and lesbian/gay/bisexual concerns.
