About
Have you been feeling anxious, overwhelmed or alone? Do you find that your mind and emotions control you? Are you stuck in repetitive patterns? I have 18 years' experience as a licensed therapist treating these symptoms. I offer Therapy & Psychedelic Therapy. I have a background in art and a warm, engaging (rather than silent) style of interacting. My experience includes work at 2 eating disorder centers, Mental Health Assessor for University of California, graduate psychology professor, crisis work w/ Mental Health Association of NYC, supervision of interns and Integration of Psychedelic experiences. I am licensed in CA, NY and PA.
In my practice, I teach clients meditation/mindfulness tools working from a holistic view addressing mind, body and spirit. In collaboration with a local MD, I also offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy and Psychedelic Preparation and Integration. I enjoy working with artists, actors, writers, musicians, entrepreneurs, tech designers, other creatives.
Finding the right therapist with whom you feel the most comfortable/connected is essential and therefore, I offer an initial reduced fee consultation.
