Through evidenced based approaches, we aim to tailor our treatment approach specific to the needs of each individual. We believe in helping individuals build on their strengths, gain insight, and develop effective coping skills.

My goal is to help my clients focus on the strength that they have within themselves to help get them to where they want to be. I help them navigate through the highs and lows by trying to look for the positive in each situation, while reminding them that focusing on themselves and the good things surrounding them can help bring them to a better place. I use the client's strengths to help build them up and to remind them that they can be and do anything that they want.

The goal of my practice is to improve the quality of life of my clients and assist them reach their full potential and personal goals. Specializing in family and couple therapy. I also specialize in depression and anxiety. The ideal client will be dedicated to their own treatment and have a strong desire to feel better. Together with my client we work as a team to achieve the therapeutic goals and make life worth living and enjoying. I have been working in a mental health for over a decade and it's my greatest passion in life.

Mental health program that addresses the needs of adults, adolescents, children, and families. The program encompasses a broad range of areas, including individual and family counseling, substance use and youth development. Its purpose is to provide mental health services to individuals impacted by psychological and emotional disturbances.

Rize-Up Together was started by three women of The Bronx who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities where confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Rize-Up Together began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

I believe in the power of therapeutic relationship and every person’s innate ability to cope and grow. My role is to support you in your pursuit of better relationships, positive changes, more presence and meaning. I currently work with online clients only and accept NY state insurances. Out-of-state residents are also welcome to inquire. I am also an active public speaker and educator on topics of modern relationships, parenting, and sex education offering interactive lectures in Europe and US. I draw on my own multicultural experience having lived and studied in 3 different countries and fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.
