I am an EMDR Practitioner (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and I know first-hand how effective this can be in assisting us to neutralize the symptoms of past trauma. I work with all sorts of people who have experienced a wide variety of trauma & have been very successful in helping them alleviate the false beliefs that are tying them up.
I utilize a wide variety of therapy techniques to assist in removing fears, anxieties, sadness, anger, and many other issues that are keeping you stuck in an unhealthy pattern. From DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) to Cognitive Behavioral, to Object Relations (Attachment Theory) - whatever is designed to work best with your specific situation.
