Whether you are struggling through the pain of a difficult marriage, the anxiety of a child making bad choices, the fear that comes with a potentially life altering diagnosis, or the nightmares remaining from a traumatic life-event, as a Marriage & Family Therapist with over 20 years' experience, I can help you develop the life skills and strengths that you need to navigate those events in a way that will give you the most positive outcome possible.
I am an EMDR Practitioner (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and I know first-hand how effective this can be in assisting us to neutralize the symptoms of past trauma. I work with all sorts of people who have experienced a wide variety of trauma & have been very successful in helping them alleviate the false beliefs that are tying them up.
I utilize a wide variety of therapy techniques to assist in removing fears, anxieties, sadness, anger, and many other issues that are keeping you stuck in an unhealthy pattern. From DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) to Cognitive Behavioral, to Object Relations (Attachment Theory) - whatever is designed to work best with your specific situation.

Are you struggling through life and relationships? Do you try to do things differently yet repeat the same mistakes over & over again? This is therapy group is designed to help you work through personal & interpersonal issues that are holding you back from having the life of satisfaction & success that we all want to enjoy. There is a required 60 minute assessment for admission into the group at a charge of $55.00. If there is any reason you might not be a good fit for the group there will be no charge for the session & appropriate alternatives will be provided.
