I am also comfortable with helping individuals unpack their past to understand their current habits. My ideal client wants to understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to develop self-awareness and self-compassion along the way.

My ideal client is a young adult facing overwhelming life challenges. They might feel lost amid trauma, loss, or big changes, even though they seem okay to others. They struggle with emotions like sadness and stress and need a safe place to talk, heal, and learn healthy ways to cope. They want to find peace and purpose, and they seek support to understand themselves better, grow, and face life with confidence. They're ready to explore, heal, and become the best version of themselves, knowing they don't have to do it alone.

My ideal client is someone who actively participates in therapy sessions, demonstrating a commitment to their personal growth and well-being. While there may not be an ideal set of issues, I appreciate a client who is open to exploring and addressing the challenges they are facing, fostering a collaborative and honest therapeutic relationship. The ideal client is someone with a goal-oriented mindset. I value a client who sees therapy as a means to gain self-awareness and understanding.

I believe strongly that clients come in all different shapes and sizes and from different walks of life. Therefore, I do not have an ideal client, as my wish is to help anyone who needs it regardless of their experiences, needs, and goals. Most of my clients are people who have lost sight of how awesome they actually are whether that be due to some sort of trauma, a bad or unfulfilling relationship, a chronic illness, or a mental health disorder. My clients are mostly adolescents and adults, but I will see children who are capable of handling the telehealth format.
