I do not believe there is a one-size fits all approach to therapy and I strive to develop genuine connections so that therapeutic services are personalized to the needs of each client.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist proving therapy for children, adolescents and adults. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide an affirming and validating space for all of my clients. I’ve found that many people come to me with narratives that describe themselves as “bad” or broken and not good enough, thinking that they will never succeed, or are unworthy of love or respect. These false beliefs often prevent them from making desired changes, resulting in a hopeless narrative that brings pain and discouragement.

Hi, Please allow me to introduce myself- my name is Dr. Wilhelmenia Howell, a Christian, graduate of Spelman College and Michigan State University. I am currently licensed as a Psychologist in the state of Georgia and am a Certified Mental Health Integrative Provider. I provide outpatient psychotherapy to age populations from ten (10) years of age to 100+ adults. I enjoy utilizing my creative gift via writing poetry. Since obtaining my master's degree in 2013, and working in community mental health, I have gained a great deal of experience in working with individuals that suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, LGBTQ issues, low self-esteem, and personal growth.
