Anger/Kindness Regulation
Anger is a natural, God given emotion. We can not rid ourselves of anger. Why should we? What we can do is learn to regulate the emotion through learning to understand one's self, and learning new ways to cope. I use talk, kindness, mindfulness techniques and Tai Chi as a recipe for positive, lasting, lifestyle changes.
