I am passionate about empowering people to make positive changes in their lives. I recognize that people have the ability to change, but often lack the confidence or direction to do so. I do not believe there is a one-size fits all approach to therapy and I strive to develop genuine connections so that therapeutic services are personalized to the needs of each client.
I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a broad spectrum of issues including trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, ADHD, grief, and a variety of other mental health issues. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and BLAST (Bi-Lateral Analysis & Stimulation Treatment).
