Since obtaining my master's degree in 2013, and working in community mental health, I have gained a great deal of experience in working with individuals that suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, LGBTQ issues, low self-esteem, and personal growth. I have worked with all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment in order to help clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy and EMDR. I am also perinatal mental health certified and specialize in working with pregnancy, miscarriage, postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression.
