Hello, my name is Tracy Elliott. I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family therapist under the supervision of Dr. Nancy Frigaard. For more than 25 years I have worked in various helping positions. It is my passion to help people restore relationships and build stronger marriages and families. It can be difficult for some to find someone to trust or share your troubles with without fear of judgement or criticism. I make it a priority to provide that safe space to process your emotions, talk through your circumstances, your trauma, or even your past hurts to bring healing.

I hold an MA degree in Counseling from Ottawa University and an MA in education from Arizona State University. In addition, I hold an advanced Graduate Specialization in Marriage and Family therapy. I am an LPC, and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. I am trauma informed and practice from an attachment-base model. I use strength-based assessments to develop an individualized treatment plan for each client that is based upon the identified needs.

I was born in Salinas and lived in California for the majority of my life. I am proud to have had the honor to serve in the military for five years. I have 18 years of experience providing psychotherapy in California's central valley. I have been licensed in California since 2012 and became licensed in Arizona in 2020. I am new to the Phoenix area and feel excited to start working with the community here as well. My theoretical approach to counseling is eclectic where I incorporate cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and psychodynamic treatment.

Andee has over a decade of experience in the counseling field working with individual adults, adolescents, and families. Andee's goal is to provide you with goal-oriented, confidential therapy in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Her specialties include dealing with anxiety related issues, depression, mood disorders, ADHD symptoms, communication skills, as well as child/adolescent behavioral disorders. Andee is also trained in EMDR techniques to assist clients who are struggling with Post traumatic stress disorder.

Dr. Autry provides counseling and psychological testing for a wide range of clients' issues. Her style of interacting with clients is warm and encouraging. Counseling or therapy often includes an educational element of learning new insights about ourselves and new ways of interacting with others. Clients are carefully guided in exploring personal issues. Through creative thinking and a problem-solving focus, solutions are identified. I enjoy working with couples and families as I feel that this is where I can be most impactful and the most change can be made. I have a great deal of experience working with couples on issues related to everything from basic communication to issues like infidelity and trust. I also enjoy working with individuals to help them develop a greater sense of happiness in their lives or to aid them in managing symptoms related to depression, anxiety or daily life stressors. I am also able to effectively work with parents to help foster parenting skills and help parents manage behavioral concerns and effectively co-parent their children.
