My 20+ years training and experience in this field have taught me how to REALLY listen and reflect- allowing YOU to emerge and find your inner strength, courage and voice. I have learned how to help you learn to REALLY listen to yourself, to others, to create peace and harmony.
I have been trained in many different techniques and schools of counseling, but what I am most proud of is to hear clients say "I have found my voice!", "I feel lighter!", "We wouldn't still be together had we not come to see you!" I speak Spanish, also.
