I specialize in helping couples, families, and individuals improve the relationships in their lives. Working from a relational approach, I believe that no one person is responsible for the dynamic in a relationship, decreasing any sense of shame in therapy. I work with many couples seeking to improve trust and communication, navigating infidelity, seeking to build intimacy, or navigating co-parenting. I also work with many families with adult children who are seeking to improve their relationships. Additionally, many women come to me for support navigating fertility struggles, motherhood, and friendships.
My specialty in teletherapy was born out of my commitment to make quality therapy accessible to all. Acutely aware of the reality that there are many barriers to consistent therapy, I provide rich short-term and long-term support exclusively via teletherapy.
I am able to provide therapy to anyone residing in New York State or Connecticut, and maintain a private practice in Westchester. I am committed to helping you find connection and closeness with the important people in your life. I am happy to offer a free phone consultation to hear more about what you're looking for and answer any questions you have.
