I specialize in working with individuals to help them to better manage their emotions so that they can live a more fulfilling and positive life.
I believe that positive change is possible within everyone. I work with clients to utilize their strengths to accept what can/cannot be changed, commit to what is important, and to take action towards a life of meaning and vitality. As a therapist and Certified Personal Trainer, I also incorporate work towards making healthier lifestyle choices and habits.
