Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. I'm an LCSW with over 20 years of experience working with teens and adults in various settings, including private practice, intensive outpatient programs, residential therapeutic settings, and community mental health centers. In therapy, I provide a non-judgmental environment, where you can openly share your experiences and begin to find relief from negative feelings or unhealthy symptoms. I am here to help you cope with mental health issues, life transitions or challenges, and to help you understand behaviors and thinking patterns that may be interfering with your daily life.
I would love to meet you to see if we are a good fit. I have training in evidence-based therapies in TF-CBT and EMDR, for coping with trauma, ERP/ExRP for OCD and CBT for Anxiety and Depression. I have postgraduate training from The Beck Institute, The EMDR Institute, The Core Curriculum on Childhood Trauma, and The Cognitive Behavior Institute.
I will provide support as we work to help you develop self-awareness and learn cognitive behavioral therapy tools, allowing you to reach your emotional and behavioral goals.
