I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy, EMDR therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, psychological evaluations and testing for ADHD, personality disorders, Bipolar, learning disorders, autism for work or school accommodations. I work with clients who would benefit from in-depth talk therapy, who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, past or present trauma, addictions, personal, family and work related relationship issues.
The type of therapy I do is a in-depth talk psychodynamic psychotherapy, taking a look back into enviormental factors that have influenced your development. Discover psychological and or behavioral issues that you want to change. Then learn how to develop new thought and behavior patterns to more effectively manage your life the way you want it to be.
