I view therapy as a collaborative process toward healing, where I helps folks identify and bring awareness to their behavioral patterns, build curiosity about where these patterns come from and how they serve/served them, and how they may get in the way of thriving. In therapy, I help people develop new skills, perspectives, and offer additional options and pathways for living, not just surviving. Licensed as a clinical psychologist for 3+ years and have 9+ years of working in mental health in a variety of settings including schools, community outpatient, residential treatment, psychiatric hospitals, and integrated healthcare.
