I am a licensed therapist and certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner providing individual, and family therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have experience treating anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorder, panic disorder, self-injurious behaviors, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, and significant life transitions. I am a practical therapist helping individuals deal with childhood trauma, substance use, addiction, job stress, anger, loss, and grief. I also focus my practice on helping individuals, families, and couples cope with life challenges with a culturally sensitive approach.

Childcare is provided during your session. Bring the kids to spend time at our Kid's Room, while you get treatment from our therapists. All of our therapists hold a minimum of a master's degree in a psychology-related field that qualifies them with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) to provide counseling/therapy in California. Sessions are available in-person as well as online via telehealth. We are accepting new clients now and can get you an appointment within 2-3 days. Open every day apart from Sundays, from 10:30 AM to late evening.

I offer straight forward individual, marriage, family and child therapy without the technical jargon. I'm into straight talk with people who are ready to make changes. I believe we all have the ability within us to change ourselves, so to me therapy is a collaborative effort. My therapeutic orientation is cognitive-behavioral as well as family systems, and I work from a spiritually-based approach for those who ask for it. I have special experience in a number of areas, such as military, trauma, domestic violence, and abuse. Ultimately, I provide the type of therapy that meets your needs.
