Childcare is provided during your session. Bring the kids to spend time at our Kid's Room, while you get treatment from our therapists. All of our therapists hold a minimum of a master's degree in a psychology-related field that qualifies them with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) to provide counseling/therapy in California. Sessions are available in-person as well as online via telehealth. We are accepting new clients now and can get you an appointment within 2-3 days. I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist for the last 13 years working passionately and sportingly with a variety of clients. I have also spent 10 years prior working in different facets of the mental health system such as schools, hospitals, and group homes. I've worked with clients from the ages of 6 years old to 60 years old on a variety of conditions including anxiety, autism, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.

In 2020, I opened a private practice. I was blessed it grew to full capacity but dealt with sadness of turning people away due to no space. Frequently people shared their difficulties with finding therapy. I am tired of people and families, who are suffering emotionally not getting the help they need. So, I put together a group of several skilled clinicians. We operate by providing a therapy environment that is confidential and emotionally safe.
