I'm a prescribing and clinical psychologist with expertise in weight loss surgery and post-surgical lifestyle changes. I also provide independent/medical psychological testing for military psychological disability before and after discharge from active duty with detailed narrative summaries explaining current mental status, diagnosis, stability, prognosis and relevant recommendations.

After 25 years of active duty service, I have become proficient conducting military psychological examinations. Having added 10 more years providing independent psychological evaluations for the VA, I can help you with any phase of your military career. We've taken the most meaningful lessons from the acclaimed divorce book, "I Wish I Knew This Before My Divorce" based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and turned it into a 10-week support group for individuals who are separating or newly divorced. This group is for the person who is left (does not want to end the relationship) but is given no choice by the Leaver. This support group will challenge and change your beliefs about marriage, divorce and happiness. Make the decision to rebuild your life in a group of supportive, nonjudgmental friends.
