I enjoy working with clients who are interested in gaining further insight into patterns in their life and who hope to feel empowered to make changes. I believe that times of transition in life, while usually stressful, also provide immense opportunities for growth. I consider it a privilege to work with clients during these times in life and to help them use their resilience as a tool. Some examples of transition periods in life include, but are not limited to: start or end of relationships, death of a loved one, moving, career changes, starting or finishing college, birth of a child, marriage, or divorce.
