Daily I hear countless stories of people who have forgotten who they are and who are desperate to remember. Thankfully, I have found that counseling offers a place for people to "remember who they are." I would be honored to walk alongside you as you enter into barren, scary, confusing, lost or tender places of your heart.

I am a level two trained Certified IFS therapist and Approved IFS Clinical Consultant. I specialize in complex trauma, therapy for therapists, and attachment wounding.

My passion for the work I do can be summed up by a quote from Frederick Buechner, who said, "Our secrets are human secrets, and our trusting each other enough to share them with each other has much to do with the secret of what it means to be human."
