I am a licensed professional counselor with training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and I work with clients to help them feel empowered to take more control of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. My belief is that we all have a resilient nature and if you are in a safe and empathetic environment, you can heal from mental and emotional distress.

I'm looking for clients that are struggling with addiction, trauma and symptoms of trauma, relationship issues, men's issues, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I'm looking for people who recognize that they want to improve their life and view therapy as a supportive piece of that journey.
