I offer somatic psychotherapy, energetic, and intuitive support for working through trauma, recovering a sense of aliveness, and connecting with the wisdom that naturally moves through each of us. Our sessions often start by coming into connection, safety and regulation in the moment. Often times, the symptoms and issues we experience are rooted in dysregulation in our nervous systems. Our time is rooted in expanding resource, a sense of well being in the moment, so that more difficult material can begin to integrate.

Early in life we learn to disconnect from our bodies and emotions in order to survive and adapt to the environment. Overtime, this manifests as patterns of behavior and self-rejection that though were once adaptive, now only keep us stuck. These patterns typically manifest as anxiety, depression, self-hatred, toxic shame, addictions, obsessions, compulsions, codependency and relationship problems. I work experientially in the moment to get to the root of what is getting in the way of desired experiences on an identity level. Many clients describe this process as a gradual “coming home” or reconnection to their authentic self.

Experiences of anxiety, depression, and trauma take a massive toll on our lives and relationships, often leaving us feeling out of control, disconnected, and dissatisfied. However, I believe that healing is not only possible, but is something that we are naturally moving toward, even when it doesn't feel that way. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can reconnect to that natural impulse toward healing.
