I believe we are most whole when we’re able to touch and care for the deepest parts of ourselves. But how do we find those parts? How do we hold them? Do we deserve wholeness? These are some of the questions I’m most interested in helping you explore, whether you feel othered, alone, struggling, lost, damaged, or just curious about what else is possible. I’m a counselor because I can think of no better way to spend my time than to sit with others and hear about what genuinely matters to them. I’m comfortable talking about your anxieties, transformations, career, grief, relationships, pleasures, stress, trauma, and anything else.

I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel safe to be themselves and share their unique stories. I utilize a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach in practice to connect with clients and support them as they navigate life’s highs and lows. As a Licensed Social Worker, I have experience working with children and adolescents experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relational and identity challenges, and grief.

Originally from Kentucky, I moved to Denver in 2023. I have a strong passion for helping people live more whole-hearted lives. Every day, I strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe to laugh, cry, share your experiences, and move toward healing. I will tailor your treatment using evidence-based practices to ensure you have everything you need to reach your full potential and become your most authentic self. While in session with clients, I often use a combination of EMDR, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT techniques to teach new skills, process trauma, and elicit positive change talk.

I have a passion for working with clients who come from complex family systems and are ready to break away and heal from harmful generational patterns. Clients come to me when they are struggling to reconnect with the authentic version of themselves and/or want to heal from relational wounds and deepen their connection with others. It can be hard to exist authentically in the world due to trauma, societal expectations, and systemic concerns, but becoming the best version of yourself is possible.

I appreciate the courage it takes to reach out for help when you are feeling overwhelmed, troubled, or just plain stuck in your life. And I believe that making the decision to seek help during those times indicates true strength of character. I offer a therapeutic practice that is based on mutual respect, and is focused on helping you live life to its' fullest by meeting the goals you bring with you to therapy.

I help men learn to let go of problematic attachments, navigate relationships and challenging mental health symptoms – develop insight, and improve communication and their quality of life. I believe that when our relationships are healthy, we create an environment that allows us to live more freely and more openly share ourselves with others. I understand the loneliness that develops when partners lose their close connection to each other and how frustrating it can be to have the same argument over and over again. I can help you understand your patterns, change them and create the type of relationships you've been longing for.
