I believe that my clients are the experts of their own experiences and that therapy should be individualized to their needs and worldview. I place importance on creating space for my clients to feel their emotions, express themselves authentically, accept themselves fully, and explore their change process, through a kind, supportive, and empathic relationship.

I work with teens and adults around issues of ADHD and anxiety, trauma, gender and sexual identity, open relationships and healthy boundaries, and navigating a changing world. I specialize with people who have recently discovered their ADHD diagnosis.

I love working with people struggling with anxiety, panic, trauma, or who are pregnant/postpartum, who are wanting to figure out how to function better and feel more contentment and calm—even in today's increasingly overstimulating, complex, and inequitable world.

Could you use some time that is set apart just for you? Too often life asks you to take a back seat, to forget all the wounds and suffering that lie hidden and ignored in the back of your mind. Together we will create a space separate from your life where you can safely explore your fear, sorrow, anger and aspiration. The space that we create will generate personal clarity, confidence and support in your daily life. We accomplish this as a team by using concrete, holistic, and analytical tools to build a solid foundation of personal health.

There are times in life when our experiences can leave us feeling isolated, alone, unloved and questioning whether we are "good enough." We may struggle to trust others or the world around us; doubting, hating, hurting or numbing ourselves in an attempt to alleviate pain. Experiences of trauma or significant stressors in our past can lead to continued pain in the present. I specialize in working with adolescence and young adults who've experienced trauma and/or distressing life events to heal from these wounds and find new ways of connecting with self and others.

I work with adults seeking therapy for a variety of reasons. Maybe you're feeling disconnected, lost, or stressed. Maybe you’re feeling stuck and not sure why, but are ready for change. I am a firm believer that no one knows you better than you know yourself and that the relationship in therapy is more important than coping skills or worksheets. Life is never quite what we plan and we can all use a little support to get back on track.
