Being human is messy and we all struggle sometimes—you are not alone! Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about your own patterns, finding a trusted helper matters. I believe that my clients are the experts of their own experiences and that therapy should be individualized to their needs and worldview. My role is to create a space where you feel safe to explore, express, and be fully yourself, without judgment. Together, we’ll work to understand and honor your experiences, embrace yourself authentically, and move toward healing and meaningful change in a way that fits you.
My approach is trauma-informed, flexible and grounded in genuine connection. I draw from EMDR, CBT, humanistic, mindfulness, acceptance-based therapies to support clients through life’s complexities, transitions, and challenges. I facilitate healing from trauma, mental health issues, and major stressors, exploring identity and addressing LGBTQIA+ concerns.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and I am here to help! I am meeting with clients virtually and in person at offices in Denver and Wheat Ridge, CO.
