Most people come to therapy having dealt with their problems alone for a long time. The first thing you will notice about therapy is that you are not alone anymore. We will start working together to develop a plan that can make your life what you want it to be. My practice is dedicated to helping you gain control over the difficult things in your life, gain an understanding of how different experiences have impacted you, and help you become the person that you have always wanted to be. Peace, control, and understanding are all possible. You are not alone, you are not damaged, or broken; you are human.

Life is tough, but so are YOU! My goal is to help you navigate through difficulties in life, while providing a non-judgemental compassionate environment to feel heard, understood, and accepted. It's my honor and privilege to partner with you to better understand what you're feeling, where the feeling originated from, and how you can move forward in life. A lot of us struggle with things in life that are out of our control. We do have control over our thoughts, feelings, and actions.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Dr. Perry Collins, M.ED., LPC-S. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from WTAMU and a Master's Degree in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University. I have over 15 years experience in working with children and families including time spent as an educator, school counselor, therapist in a hospital setting, and case manager/skills trainer for Texas Panhandle Centers in Amarillo, TX. I look forward to meeting you and your child and helping you find your path to mental wellness.
